Often times if you are seated for a long period of time you will find that you have back pain, side pain, neck pain or perhaps you have pain in your legs. If you aren’t working for a week, you find these pains will go away. However, if you continue to work, the pains seem to get worse. These are the symptoms of needing an ergonomic chair.
There are many styles of ergonomic chairs available. It is important to remember the purpose you need it for, plus the movements required to accomplish that your performance needs. Ergonomic sitting is not sedentary position. Your body needs to learn how to balance and move correctly for making sitting a comfortable experience.
