Often times if you are seated for a long period of time you will find that you have back pain, side pain, neck pain or perhaps you have pain in your legs. If you aren’t working for a week, you find these pains will go away. However, if you continue to work, the pains seem to get worse. These are the symptoms of needing an ergonomic chair.
When an individual is seated in the chair, the ”line” that extends from the middle of their hips to the line of their knees should be perfectly straight. Furthermore, the measurements of the chair should adequately support the curve of one’s spine. The armrests of the chair should reach to slightly lower than one’s elbow.
